At Allure Systems we have employees of 15 different nationalities; spread over 3 cities (Shanghai, Paris and New York) that come from a variety of fields: creative, artistic and technical talents, as well as engineers and masters of sales and client success. The Hiring Process

Are you seeking work in an innovative and passionate start-up in the FashionTech industry? Come and join our young and dynamic team! We are always looking for new talents.

1. Application

You can apply by sending your CV and motivational letter to the Human Resources contact details found in each job description.

2. HR Scanning

Once your application is received, the Human Resources team will assess your qualifications. If you are selected as a potential fit, you are invited for a HR Scanning.

3. Case Study

After a successful HR scanning, you will be given a case study to complete at home within a spcific time frame. If the results match our expectations we will schedule several interviews with you.

4. Interviews

As an applicant, you will have 2 to 3 interviews with several employees that test both your technical skills and your cultural (mindset) in a company. The goal is to get to know the abilities of the candidate and whether he/she will fit in the company. It also provides the interviewee to visit and learn more about Allure Systems.

5. Debriefing

After all interviews are completed, a meeting with all interviewers will take place to make a final decision. The candidate will be informed the day after. To ensure a speedy application process, the interviews will preferably all take place on the same day. In most cases, you will receive our response 1 to 2 weeks after our first interaction.

6. Welcome to the team

Once you accept our offer, we are thilled to welcome you to our team.
